Care & Maintenance Clean with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvents or harsh chemicals. Natural stone should be protected from acidic substances and standing liquids. Acrylic surfaces should be cleaned using products specifically designed for acrylic to preserve their finish over time.

Additional Information Due to the natural characteristics of stone, each marble element features unique veining and colour variations, making every piece one of a kind. Slight differences between products are part of the material's authenticity and should not be considered imperfections.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.

As many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, custom-made, personalized or specially requested finishes may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping service.

We work with trusted couriers and use protective packaging specifically designed for furniture and fragile materials such as marble and acrylic. Every shipment is prepared to minimize the risk of damage during transport.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the size of the selected items.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees required by their country.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note it upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of both the packaging and the product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
